Shipping Method
Our standard shipping is the default shipping method for most items and includes delivery by parcel carrier using motorbikes, cars, cargo vans and small trucks. Bulk delivery will be made by a bigger trucks. Our carrier will contact you to make a delivery appointment.
Our delivery carriers are responsible to deliver your ordered items to the closest dry area outside your home; typically the front door, porch, or driveway in front of the garage. As for multi-storey home owners, we are responsible to deliver your ordered items at the ground level, i.e. drop-off area, front foyer or entrance, or at the security check-point.
As for project site, actual site condition, road access, safety precautions, unloading equipment/vehicle or any other concerns must be advised to ensure smooth transition. A 24-hour delivery window must be allocated prior delivery.
